Members heard from the Area Governance Manger on an application to the Rothesay Common Good Fund from the Rothesay & District Pipe Band to help with the purchase of new uniforms.

Decision

The Committee unanimously agreed to grant £3,000 to the applicant.

Members heard from the Area Governance Manger on an application to the Rothesay Common Good Fund from the Rothesay & District Pipe Band to help with  travel costs to Sulzbach, Germany.

Decision

The Committee unanimously agreed to refuse the application due to it not meeting the Fund’s Criteria and asked that the Area Governance Manager invite the group to consider re-applying for funding towards capital expenditure.
