Discussion followed in regards the format of the next meeting which would incorporate a seminar on Wind Farm issues.  It was agreed to hold 2 sessions on 11 December, 2013.

 

This would involve holding the MAP meeting in the morning and the seminar in the afternoon and attendees could attend either an individual session or both sessions.

Jeanette Laughton voiced her concerns in regards the timing of the forthcoming Community Council By-elections.

Area governance Officer agreed to relay her comments to Charles Reppke, Head of Governance and Law.

The Chair suggested that two dates be entered into diaries and that once the Council had agreed it’s Political Management Arrangements, confirmation as to the finalised date would be circulated to the group.  The dates were Tuesday, 7 August or Tuesday, 4 September and the meeting would, as usual, commence at 10.00a.m.
