Report by Executive Director with responsibility for Roads and Infrastructure Services

The Council gave consideration to a report seeking to amend the Fees and Charges for Network Management to reflect those agreed at the Environment, Development and Infrastructure Committee held on 18 December 2025.

Decision

The Council –

1.     noted that revised Fees and Charges were approved by the Environment, Development and Infrastructure Committee in December 2025 and ratified by Council in February 2026;

2.     noted that the approved amendments were not reflected in the Fees and Charges Schedule included within the finalised budget documentation due to an administrative error; and

3.     agreed the amended Fees and Charges Schedule to ensure alignment with previously agreed Committee and Council decisions.
