Issue - meetings

Councillor McKenzie declared a non-financial interest in regard to any public questions (item 4 of these minutes) which could arise during the meeting from Mr Strathern due to a personal connection.  She remained in the meeting but took no part in the discussion or response to Mr Strathern’s questions.
