The Council gave consideration to a report providing an update on Rothesay Pavilion.
Decision
The Council agreed the
recommendations contained within the submitted report subject to a report being brought back to the Council to
determine whether the project should proceed and on what basis following
consideration at the Policy and Resources Committee on 9 May 2024.
