The Minutes of the Special meeting of the Audit and Risk Committee held on 23 May 2023 were noted.
The Chair of the Committee, Councillor Kieron Green, advised
that unfortunately the meeting on 11
April 2023 had been inquorate and therefore in terms of preparing the annual report there was a
requirement to hold a special meeting for this prior to it coming to the IJB.
