The Appointments Panel gave consideration to the summary of appointments process.

Decision

The Appointments Panel:-

1.    Agreed to note the summary of appointments process.

2.    Agreed that there would be one stakeholder panel consisting of Pupils, Head Teachers, Trade Union, Northern Alliance, Argyll College, Parent Council and the Health and Social Care Partnership.

3.    Agreed that whilst the Assessment Centre and stakeholder panels would take place virtually, the Panel Interview on 8 February 2022 would take place in person at Kilmory.

The Appointments Panel:-

1.    agreed to note the summary of appointments process; and

2.    agreed that in accordance with the decision of the Integration Joint Board (IJB) on 15 September 2021, that there would be a single stakeholder panel consisting of two Trade Union and Staffside representatives and other representatives of the Integration Joint Board (IJB).

The Appointments Panel:-

1.     agreed to note the summary of appointments process;

2.    agreed that there would be one stakeholder panel consisting of the Police, Education, NHS Highland, Third Sector Interface, a representative from the Child Poverty Action Group and a representative from CAMHS; and

3.    agreed to seek representatives as Care Experienced young people and/or CAMHS experienced young people if possible.
