Minutes:
The Committee gave consideration
to a report providing options open to the Council, to meet obligations
introduced under the Waste Regulations (Scotland) 2012. The report also provided an update on recent
Officer engagement with the Scottish Government seeking support to enable
Landfill Ban compliance.
Decision
The Committee agreed the recommendations as contained within the submitted report.
