Councillor Jim Lynch declared a non-financial interest in
relation to item 11 - Charitable Trusts, Bequests and Trust Funds as he is a
board member of Live Argyll. He remained in the meeting but took no part in the
discussion for the item.
Councillor Roderick McCuish declared a
non-financial interest in item 16 – Notice of Motion under Standing Order 13. He
remained in the meeting but took no part in the discussion for the item.
