Integration Joint Board held on 25 March 2020

Minutes:

The Minutes of the Meeting of the Integration Joint Board held on 25 March 2020 were approved as a correct record subject to the following comments.

 

Kirsteen Murray advised that she had not been at the last meeting and had submitted a statement to the Board.  She advised that one of the points she had raised had been recorded in the Minutes but the other, in respect of culture fit for the future had not been recorded.  The Chair read out the statement that had been submitted and it was agreed that this could be raised later in the meeting under the Sturrock Review item of the agenda.

 

Boyd Robertson noted that he had been designated as the Interim Chair of the NHS Board in the Minute and that this should have read Chair.  It was agreed that this would be amended.

The Minutes of the meeting of the Integration Joint Board held on 29 January 2020 were approved as a correct record.

 

There were no matters arising from the action log.

 

The Chair referred to an email from Kirsteen Murray raising governance issues with the Minutes of the meeting of 27 November 2019.  The Chair advised that these issues were similar to those raised previously and suggested that as this meeting was audio only, the Board defer this to another meeting.  This was agreed by the Board.

The Minute of the Integration Joint Board meeting held on 27 November 2019 was approved as a correct record subject to the following amendment:

 

Under item 11 it was agreed that future reports would include –

 

a)    additional data around training figures, namely % of council training (not just the total number),

 

b)    NHS training data which is available from the NHS HR department as reported to their Staff Governance Committee, and

 

c)    trend lines and narrative on plans for improvement.

 

The Chair referred to the Action Log and asked for an update on recruitment to the Integration Joint Board.  The Business and Improvement Manager confirmed that a further round of recruitment to fill outstanding positions would commence in February 2020.
