The Council gave consideration to a report seeking approval for the Council’s updated Wellbeing Strategy which had been developed through a review of wellbeing data, engagement with staff and managers, and alignment with the Council’s People Strategy Outcomes.

Decision

The Council –

1.    noted the progress made in supporting wellbeing; and

2.    approved the updated Workforce Wellbeing Strategy.
