The Council gave consideration to the Treasury Management Annual Report 2025/26 covering the 2025/26 Strategy, borrowing and investment activity, 2025/26 capital expenditure and the Capital Financing Requirement (CFR); overall treasury position (debts and investments); and compliance with Prudential and Treasury Indicators.

Decision

The Council –

1.     noted the report had been subject to prior scrutiny by the Audit and Scrutiny Committee at the meeting held on 11 June 2026 and had been referred to Council; and

2.     noted the content of the report.
