The Council gave consideration to a report providing a summary of the financial position and progress on the delivery of the approved 2025-2028 Capital Plan as at 31 March 2026.

Decision

The Council –

1.     noted the actual expenditure incurred during the financial year 2025-26, as detailed in Appendix 1; and

2.     approved the updated Capital Plan, as detailed within Appendix 3; a total budget for 2026-29 of £237.083m with an underlying borrowing requirement of £170.956m.
