How will I be able to access 1140 hours?

Registration week will take place during January 2020.  You can register your child at your preferred choice of ELC Provider then. Funded Partner Providers

Funded Partner Providers work closely with local authority provision to offer parents different patterns of ELC delivery to meet their needs - this enables flexibility within the different clusters of ELC across Argyll and Bute. 

Funded Providers Childminders

There are currently 25 partner childminders who are currently commissioned by the local authority to provide ELC for eligible 2 year olds.

There are currently 16 childminders who are currently commissioned by the local authority to provide 1140 hours ELC for our 3 and 4 year olds.

Childminders must have obtained Grades 4 and above from the Care Inspectorate - full details of registered childminders can be found here.
