Third Sector Training Needs Analysis 2019

The Third Sector encompasses charities, social enterprises, and voluntary and community groups and plays a highly valued role in Argyll and Bute.  This sector is currently supported by an extensive training calendar provided by a large number of agencies.

The purpose of this survey, which is being carried out jointly by Argyll and Bute Council and Argyll and Bute Third Sector Interface (TSI), is to identify the training that would most usefully support the development of Third Sector organisations, their staff and their volunteers, in the future.

The results of the survey will inform the planning of training provided or commissioned by the Council and the TSI. This does not mean of course that absolutely all identified training will be able to be provided or provided free of charge.

No personal information is requested in this survey and the results will be used as headline figures demonstrating the training needs of the sector.

The deadline for return of this survey is: Wednesday 31st of July 2019.

This Training Needs assessment is being delivered by Argyll & Bute Council and Argyll and Bute TSI, who are working in partnership to ascertain the needs of the sector and support its growth in skill.
