We have to prepare to meet an estimated funding gap next year of more than £6 million.
We expect to find out how much Scottish Government funding Argyll and Bute gets for its council services in late January.
Just now we need to identify savings options so that we are prepared to bridge this estimated gap. You can see more information on our budget challenge page.
Members of the public have already got involved twice with this year’s budget planning process, by giving views on amenity and bus services surveys. Thank you to everyone who responded.
Here you will find links to additional savings options we have identified. You are welcome to comment on as many or as few as you wish.
If you would like a printed copy of the savings options and to give your views this way, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are welcome to give your views until Monday 11 January 2021.
If you are responding on behalf of a group, you are welcome to let us know in the comment boxes below.
