Martial Arts inspired class, choreographed to high energy music

Maximum intensity workout, with no dictated rest periods

How to book a class

You have to be over 16 to join a class. Riverside allow 14 year olds to join their Powerhoop, Zumba and Aerobics classes.

Non-members

Please book and pay at your local centre. If you would like to become a member, you can find out the prices of our membership packages here and join at your local centre.
