- When were the divorce proceedings started?
- Where did each of the parties to the divorce live when:
- the proceedings commenced;and
- the divorce was obtained
- If resident in the UK what was the period of residence prior to the:
- commencement of divorce; and
- completion of divorce
- What was the nationality of the parties to the divorce on the date shown in (2) above?
- Was the divorce a Court divorce or Otherwise, for example Mutual Consent obtained from a Notary Public Office/Registrar’s Office?
- If the divorce was granted by a court:
- Did the pursuer appear personally in Court? If not. Was he/she represented?
- Were reasonable steps taken to notify the defender that proceedings were being taken against him/her?
- Did the defender appear in court? If not, was he/she represented?
- If the divorce was not granted by a court:
