GIS Open Data is now available on the Council’s Open Data Portal and can be viewed, queried and downloaded in a number of additional formats. This data is released under the terms of the Open Government Licence (OGL) (v3). The OGL is an implied licence so there is no need to register or apply for a licence. By using the information made available under the licence you indicate that you have accepted its terms and conditions. This data is also provided to fulfil Argyll and Bute Council’s obligations under the INSPIRE Regulations (Scotland) 2009.
