As a result of the survey, the Procurement Team have decided to focus on more popular training sessions and the following events have been planned:

  • Improving your bid score - SDP event - 27/11/2019 - Lochgilphead;
  • Tender procedures and the ESPD - SDP event - 11/12/2019, Lochgilphead.

Consultation background

Argyll and Bute Council’s Procurement team consulted local suppliers to identify what kind of training would be useful to help navigate the procurement process.

The Procurement team provides training and support to local suppliers who are interested in working with the council, and now they want to know what, if anything, they could be doing differently in terms of the training available.
