September 2011 - all external works now complete.

July 2011 – all existing paint has been removed from the right hand side shopfront.  Work has commenced on the left hand side.

June 2011 – several methods of paint removal have been tested including a specialist chemical.  To date none have been successful. Further test samples are due to be carried out.  During the removal of paint some additional works have been identified including the requirement to replace the lintol and repair the lime render to right hand door.  Arrangements are being made to carry out these works.
