A grant of £50,000 part funded urgent repairs to two roof’s costing a total of £118,000. 

Work was completed in December 2017 below budget, ensuring the continued use of nine guest bedrooms.  This enabled the owner to commission further necessary repairs to the roof above the front elevation.
