The Scotland Loves Local (SLL) gift card is designed to encourage local spending and support local businesses.

Recipients of the Argyll and Bute gift card will be able to enjoy a range of fantastic local products, services and experiences on offer from across the area. They include:

- Food and drink
- Hotel stays
- Groceries and household goods

Argyll and Bute Council is sending gift cards worth £120 to around 6,800 eligible households in the region. The cards, which can be spent across Argyll and Bute, will help support both residents struggling with the cost of living crisis and local businesses recovering from the coronavirus pandemic. The gift card runs on the MasterCard network and any businesses that accept card payments, can accept the gift card.
