There are many car parks throughout Argyll and Bute. To help you plan your journey or visit, you can find a list of car parks below - this tells you where they are, if they are free or pay and display, if you can buy a season parking ticket for them and if there are toilets nearby .

Parking fines

There are two types of parking fines in Argyll and Bute - on-street parking fines (parking by the roadside) which are issued by traffic wardens on behalf of Strathclyde police and off -street parking fines (parking in car parks) which are issued by parking enforcement officers for Argyll and Bute Council.

Paying parking fines *

• you can pay a parking fine online,
• by phone on 01546 605515,
• by visiting your local customer service point.

* Please note we cannot accept payment for an off street parking fine once it has reached enforcement stage.
