3. A poll will be taken between the hours of 7.00 am and 10.00 pm on Thursday 5 May 2011

4. A poll will also be taken for the Highlands and Islands electoral region of the Scottish Parliament

5. The Scottish Parliamentary election will be combined with the Referendum on the voting system for UK Parliamentary Elections.

6. The persons entitled to vote at this election are the persons registered in the register of electors, but a person whose name is so registered may not vote if the entry in the said register gives as the date the person will become of voting age a date later than the day fixed for the poll.
