- Councillor Sandy Taylor - Non Financial - Councillor Sandy Taylor declared a non-financial interest in item 8(b) of the agenda (Third Sector Grants) by reason that he is Treasurer and Secretary of the Move On Mid Argyll (Mo-Ma) group, but did not consider that the interest should prevent him from taking part in consideration of the item.
