Apologies for absence were intimated from Councillors Mary-Jean Devon, Alistair MacDougall and James McQueen.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Head of Governance and Law advised that Police Scotland had withdrawn their objection to this application and if the Committee were in agreement this application could now be dealt with administratively and granted by the Licensing Section.

Decision

Agreed that there was no requirement for a hearing and noted that the application would therefore be processed by the Licensing Section in the normal manner and granted.
