CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 1982: SUSPENSION HEARING - TAXI DRIVER LICENCE (K CHATTINGTON, DUNOON) Minutes: The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and introductions were made. The Head of Governance and Law advised that a previous complaint made by Police Scotland in respect of the Licence Holder had been withdrawn. He stated that it was still within the powers of the Committee to consider suspension of this licence. Decision The Committee agreed to take no action.
