Minutes:

Members were briefed in a report by the Roads Performance Manager which confirmed that a report will be presented to Full Council at the October meeting,detailing the preparation towards the delivery of the Winter Maintenance Service and Policy for 2012 – 2013.

 

Decision

 

  1. Agreed to note the contents of the submitted report.

 

  1. Agreed that a more detailed report be submitted to the November Business Day for further discussion.
