Minutes:

Members were briefed in a report by the Technical Officer on two requests  which had been received requesting permission to utilise the Pier and car park to host events.

 

Decision

The Area Committee agreed:-

 

a)      That the Helensburgh & District Round Table  host the Bonfire and Fireworks  Display in Helensburgh Pier Car Park on Saturday 3rd  November 2012.

 

b)      That the organisers for the Helensburgh Winter Festival  host a fireworks display on the Pier on Sunday 2nd December

 

c)      That the Council forego the charge for the area being used for both events.
