The Council –

1.    Adopted the Argyll and Bute Core Paths Plan in line with the Direction issued by the Scottish Ministers.

2.    Authorised officers to:

·    Publish a notice giving notice that the Council plans to adopt the Core

Paths Plan following the Local Inquiry

·    Publish the Core Paths Plan and associated maps and make it

available for the public. This will be done through Local View Maps on

the Council’s Website. The public will also be able to request paper or

electronic copies of excerpts from the plan from the Access Team.

·    Send a copy of the plan to the Scottish Ministers.
