Welcome to our online payment service which allows you to make payments towards your Council Tax, Non domestic (Business) rates and to pay invoices using both credit and debit cards.

You can view your current year’s Council Tax balance online and also make a payment towards a previous year’s account.

Capita Software Services are the supplier of the service and payments are processed centrally in their highly secure environment. Capita are one of the few organisations to meet the stringent standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCIDSS) council and have recently achieved the highest security level status available. This provides us and you with reassurance that payment details are being processed in line with the strictest security controls available.

Online payments offer a more efficient and effective way for you to make a payment to the Council and is especially useful to customers in remote areas or those who do not have easy access to an area office.
