Fraud reporting form

If you suspect someone is committing Fraud against Argyll and Bute Council for any reason, please follow the steps below giving as 'clear' and 'concise' information as possible.

Please use this form to report suspected fraud relating to council tax claims, business rates, blue badges (disabled parking), contractors working for the council, or other types of fraud relating to the council.

If there is more than one person involved, please fill in the main person's details and list any other people involved in the “any other useful information” box at the end. Enter “don’t know” if you don’t know the person’s name.

Please include as much information as possible, such as dates, times, places, names, people you have spoken to and/or other people we should talk to who may help to support your allegation.
The information provided on this form will be processed by Argyll and Bute Council in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It will be used for responding to your report. The information you provide may be shared with other law enforcement agencies involved in the prevention and detection of crime and/or protection of the public purse.
Any whistle-blower who decides to leave any personal details will be protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
