Campbeltown Grammar School

Campbeltown Grammar School was founded in 1686. It serves the town of Campbeltown, the south Kintyre area and the island of Gigha and has a roll of 360. The new school opened in February 2018 and is very much built for education in the 21st Century. State of the art classrooms all have Promethean Boards that teachers are using effectively to help make their lessons engaging and motivating.

Dunoon Grammar School

Dunoon Grammar School is a co-educational non-denominational comprehensive school with a roll of approximately 900 pupils.

Dunoon Primary School

Dunoon Primary is one of three primary schools serving the Dunoon area. It is a non-denominational school with a capacity for over 400 pupils. The school and pre-5 unit cater for children from the age of 3 through to 12 years.

John Logie Baird Primary School

John Logie Baird Primary is a non-denominational school which caters for both boys and girls, covering the primary stages one to seven. The school also has a pre-school unit for children aged three to five years.

Lochgilphead Joint Campus

Lochgilphead Joint Campus is a stunning new building where we strive to work in partnership with parents and carers to provide the best possible education for all pupils between the ages of 3–18.

Oban High School

Oban High School is a six year non denominational school situated on a single site near the centre of Oban serving the town itself, surrounding villages and the scattered rural and island communities of North Argyll.

Parklands School

Parklands School was purpose built and opened in March 1994 for pupils with additional support needs of a severe/complex nature.  The school meets the needs of pupils aged 5 to 18 years and these may include ASD, complex and multiple disabilities.

Rockfield Primary School

Rockfield Primary School is situated within Oban Primary Campus and offers both English Medium and Gaelic Medium Education. We also offer support for children with complex additional support needs through our Learning Centre provision.

Rothesay Joint Campus

Since moving onto our fantastic new Campus in 2007 we have been working as One Community, One Campus, One School.
Our new Campus is accessible to all and enables our staff and pupils to work in an environment fit for education in the 21st Century. Close links exist with the local community.
