Older People Services

Are you interested in Social Care services for older people?

You may be aware that Argyll and Bute Council and Argyll and Bute Community Health Partnership have a joint plan for the future development of older people services which will lead to the modernisation and redesign of services. We would welcome views from interested parties whether they are Service Users, Carers, Providers or representatives of individuals or community groups.
The main services in question are:

• Day Services for Older People


• Home Care Services


• Care Homes


• Services for those affected by dementia


• Progressive Care Centres

In order to consult the public we have prepared a Consultation Strategy and Programme of Consultation meetings which describe the ways we plan to meet, or correspond with those interested and discuss future arrangements for these services. These documents are available at the links below
