As a young person between the ages of 16 and 21 who was formerly “looked after” by Argyll and Bute Council you have certain rights to receive or apply for advice, guidance and assistance from Argyll and Bute Council.

Confidentiality means that the information that you give us when you are completing the assessment forms, as well as information you give us at other times, has to be kept private unless you agree that we can share this with other people. There are, however, some exceptions to this, which are to do with your safety and the safety of others.
