ePlanning is a national programme of work, initiated in Scotland in October 2006, and originally comprised 5 main areas of development, or workstreams;
- Online Applications and Appeals (OAA)
- Online Planning Information System (OPIS)
- Online Local Plans (OLP)
- Expert System (ES)
- eConsultation (EC)
Argyll & Bute Council signed up for all workstreams except OPIS, as this service has been available via the Council's website since September 2006.
