Building Standards Customer Care and Feedback

As part of our commitment to customer care, Building Standards is committed to providing a high quality level of service to all our users in line with our Charter Statement.

As part of our engagement with our customers, we are committed to the establishment of user groups and the holding of annual Building Standards user forums. For details of these events please contact the relevant Building Standards Area Team Leader.

In addition, each customer who has been issued with a Building Warrant approval is also provided with a reply paid questionnaire allowing them to comment on their service experience.
