RAIL CRASH – OBAN

[Issued by Strathclyde Police] Strathclyde Police would like to inform motorists that following the Rail Crash near Oban on Sunday 6 June 2010 the following road closure is in place until further notice:

The A85 between Dalmally and Taynuilt is closed until further notice.

There are currently two diversions in place:

1. The A82 at Tarbet, take the A83 to Lochgilphead then the A816 to Oban.

2. Alternatively take the A82 to Ballachulish then join the A828 to Oban.

Diversion signs are in place.
