People commuting between Inveraray and Ardrishaig are being offered a special 10 journey discount of just £15.

Councillor Duncan MacIntyre, Argyll and Bute Council's spokesperson for Transportation and Infrastructure, said: "I am delighted that the current fare of £24 is to be reduced to just £15. This will benefit the large and ever increasing number of people who use this route and I hope that people take advantage of this wonderful offer.

"Not only does this new fare save people from digging deeper into their pockets, but it also helps save the environment. With more and more people leaving their car at home, the service helps to reduce congestion on Argyll and Bute's roads - greatly improving the carbon footprint."
