Lismore Primary School
Isle of Lismore
ARGYLL
PA34 5UG
Lismore Primary School and Pre-5 Unit educates boys and girls from about three years of age until they leave home and the island community at about twelve years old to continue their education at Oban High School.
Lismore School aims to educate children to live happily and confidently in a rapidly changing world. Children are encouraged to achieve the highest standard of personal attainment of which they are capable, and to co-operate within the school and local community in fostering a spirit of kindness and goodwill which will stand them in good stead in the wider community which they will join after the primary education in Lismore.
HM Inspectorate of Education (HMIE) inspects and reports on the quality of education in pre-school centres, primary schools, secondary schools, special schools, community learning and development services, colleges, and residential educational provision.
You can read and download any inspection reports for this school, and find out more about the inspection process, on the HM Inspectorate of Education website.
Follow Through Inspections are carried out at schools where areas for improvement have been identified in the original inspection, and if any follow through reports have been produced for this school, they will be available for you to read and download below.
