Argyll and Bute Local Housing Strategy 2004 -2009

This is the first Local Housing Strategy for Argyll and Bute, developed in accordance with the requirements of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.

It presents a summary assessment of local housing needs and conditions, and outlines the authority’s housing strategy for the next five years, reflecting the potential contribution of partner agencies and developers that operate within the public, private and independent sectors of the local housing system.
