Advertising and Applications

Under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and associated Regulations The Argyll and Bute Licensing Board is allowed to advertise applications for premises licences on a website rather than in a newspaper. Advertisements for premises and personal licence applications will appear on this page.

The advert will show ongoing applications. If you wish to comment on an application then please note carefully the last date for objections or representations and ensure that it has not passed. Further information about making an objection or representation is available through the link at the foot of this page.

For further information about a particular application please contact the Licensing Board office - licensing@argyll-bute.gov.uk or by telephone (01546) 604128. If you would like further information about how to lodge an objection or representation then please click on the link to open the Objections and Representations explanatory leaflet.

If you would like to object to an application or make a representation on an application then please complete the form below and submit it to the Clerk to the Licensing Board within the time specified in the advert. Late forms cannot be accepted.
