We look after 40 marine structures ranging from commercial harbours and fishing piers to small slipways. These structures are used for a variety of purposes including transport to many of our islands, fishing and tourism & leisure.

We inspect our structures on a regular basis and carry out maintenance and improvements as funds allow.

Some structures are subject to charges under the Harbours Act, 1964.
