Libraries customer satisfaction survey
The library service is carrying out a survey to find out what you think of the services we provide. The questions are designed to provide year on year information to help us measure the quality of our facilities and services, and to assess regularly the patterns of library use, so please be as honest and accurate as possible in your answers.
Please note that responses will only be used to try to achieve improvements in what we do, and low levels of satisfaction with any service will not be used as a reason to reduce or delete that service.
Please feel free to respond to only those questions you wish to answer, or feel you have personal knowledge about. It is not necessary to tick all the boxes or answer all questions.
