Water Fitness
Water Fitness is a “total body workout” using the resistance of the water to burn fat and tone the body faster. The flexibility of Water Fitness is that all ages and fitness levels can work in one class, and work at their own level. The instructor giving the exercise progressions. You can work with or without specialised aqua resistance equipment, depending on your level of fitness and choice. The only person who can see what level you’re working at is the instructor!!
