Gym Classes
Our Gym areas offer a range of resistance equipment for the community. They include upper body conditioning machines and a wide range of Cardiovascular machines to get you training in your heart rate zone. The gym is easily accessible and programmes can be designed to assist your workout.
If you would like to book an induction with a personalised programme designed to help you achieve and maintain your goals then please contact your local facility to book an appointment.
Traditional circuit training is available for men and women of all levels. The class comprises a number of exercises in each session which will give you a great all over body workout and challenge your fitness. We have daytime and evening classes open to all.
Spinning is a popular and highly effective cycling fitness class. We have top of the range spin bikes in the gym which are used with an instructor to take you through your paces. We will improve your fitness level and give you a great workout. These classes are provided at different levels of fitness and intensity, we recommend coming and giving it a go, classes are 30 minutes of hard work but take 45 minutes over all and are held daily. We recommend pre-booking these classes!
Powerhoop classes are ideal for people interested in getting fit and toning muscles. They provide an all round cardio workout for people of all fitness levels. It’s fun, and will tone and strengthen all your core muscles, and it’s a great fat burner too!
The Ladies Lifting class is a good opportunity for ladies to learn some of the free weight exercises which will tone and strengthen your body, and will also help to burn calories 24/7!
